This policy explains what Freedom Coffee LLC(“Freedom Coffee”) collects through freedomcoffeefundraiser.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and honest.

• Contact information you’re invited with.When a student runs a campaign, they may enter your name, email, and phone number so we can send you a secure link to subscribe. That’s the only information collected at that stage — no payment details.
• Subscription information. If you choose to subscribe, we collect the details needed to fulfill and ship your order (such as your name and shipping address) and a record of your subscription.
• Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Technical data. Basic, standard information such as your browser type and approximate region, used to keep the service running and secure.

Students who run a campaign submit only the contact information of people they invite — they do not enter payment information, and no one under 18 makes a payment on this platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children for the purpose of selling to them. Subscribers must be 18 or older.

• Send you a secure link to subscribe, if you were invited.
• Process, fulfill, and ship your subscription.
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• Give schools aggregate campaign results (for example, how many active subscriptions support them) so we can pay them correctly.
• Keep the platform secure and prevent fraud.

We share information only with the service providers that make the platform work:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Our fulfillment partner — to roast and ship your coffee.
• Our email provider — to send subscribe links, confirmations, and account notices.
• Our hosting and database providers — to operate the site and store records securely.
• Schools — receive aggregate campaign results, not your payment information.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

• If you were invited but don't want to subscribe, simply ignore the link — or ask us to remove your contact information.
• Cancel your subscription anytime from your account portal.
• Email us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.

Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor, so card data never touches our servers. We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we do hold, though no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. When it’s no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “last updated” date above.
