Terms of Service

freedomcoffeefundraiser.com is operated by Freedom Coffee LLC(“Freedom Coffee,” “we,” “us”). We run a platform where supporters subscribe to coffee that ships to their door, and a portion of each subscription helps fund a school’s program. By using the site or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

A Freedom Coffee subscription is a purchase of real coffee, shipped to you each month. It is not a charitable donation and is not tax-deductible. The school you support earns $4per active subscription each month as a benefit of running its campaign — but you are buying a product, plain and simple.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to subscribe and pay. Students who help run a campaign only submit the name, email, and phone number of people they invite — they never enter payment information, and no one under 18 makes a payment on this platform.

• Subscriptions are recurring monthly. The minimum is $40/month for 2 bags of coffee; you may choose more bags at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel it.
• We may change subscription pricing on a going-forward basis; we will give reasonable notice before any change affects you.

Coffee is roasted and shipped by a third-party fulfillment partner. Estimated ship times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, see our Refunds & Cancellation policy.

You can cancel anytime from your account portal — the secure link in your confirmation email — or by emailing us at freedomcoffeefl@gmail.com. See our Refunds & Cancellation policy for what happens when you cancel.

Campaign and account links are private to you. Treat them like a password — anyone with your account link can manage your subscription. If you believe a link has been shared without your permission, contact us.

Don’t misuse the platform: no fraudulent payments, no submitting other people’s contact information without a good-faith basis to invite them, and no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freedom Coffee LLC’s total liability arising from the service or your subscription is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
